Susan Falde is a lifetime resident of Richland County and has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker for 24 years. She specializes in relocation representing both buyers and sellers. Susan is the director of Recruiting & Training at Coldwell banker.
A graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Psychology, Susan is also a certified corporate property specialist, certified residential marketing specialist and the past president of Mansfield Association of Realtors (2005).
