Southern Title opened April 1, 1994.  Owners Mark Wilkinson and Paula Kovinchick have over 65 years combined experience in this industry.

Southern Title underwrites for two of the top four ranked underwriters in the United States: First American Title and Old Republic Title.  We have offices located in Galion, Wooster, Sandusky, and our main office in Mansfield, OH. Employing 21 full time and 7 part time employees, we have both the expertise and manpower to fulfill our promise of “closings with confidence.”
